Bryce Hoppel caps off season with 4th place finish at World Championships

Bryce Hoppel ended a very successful season with a fourth-place finish at the IAAF World Championships in Doha.

Hoppel, who started his season racing cross country for the University of Kansas in the fall of 2018, had an incredible collegiate season, winning 21-straight races, including NCAA Indoor and Outdoor titles at 800m for the Jayhawks. After turning professional and signing an endorsement contract with adidas, Hoppel finished fourth at the Pan-Am Games in Peru, and in October finished fourth at the IAAF World Championships in Doha, setting a new lifetime best of 1:44.25.
