Noah Lyles wins thrilling 100m in Shanghai

Noah Lyles, last year's world number one at 200m, finished like a train to nip Christian Coleman, the world record-holder for 60m, to win the men's 100m at the Shanghai Diamond League in China tonight. Lyles stormed from several places back in the final 30 meters winning in 9.86 seconds, a new lifetime best, a world leading time and mere thousands of a second ahead of Coleman, who was awarded the same time.
