Jake Wightman wins big in Oslo

Great Britain's Jake Wightman posted the race of his career tonight, winning the Men's 1500m at the Exxon Mobile Bislett Games in Oslo. The metric mile in Oslo has been a banner race of each season for over forty years, and Wightman's victory in a lifetime best of 3:34.17 will make him a heavy favorite going into the British Trials, set for July 1-2 in Birmingham. The victory also makes Wightman the first European man to win a race over 1500m in the IAAF Diamond League since its inception in 2010.
